The main floor has a cooks kitchen, breakfast nook, guest room, bathroom and a large living space that opens up to a private patio and the pool. Upstairs is a private terrace, owner’s suite, bathroom, the third bedroom and home office. A spiral staircase leads to the top story open air patio.
